Eligible returns and exchanges
We accept returns of defective and non-defective new goods, including eligible change-of-mind or wrong-option requests, and we accept exchanges. Non-defective items must be new, unused, and in original condition. Exchange fulfillment depends on review and stock.
Thirty-day request window
Email fotaweven33@gmail.com within 30 calendar days after delivery with the order number, checkout email, reason, and useful evidence for damage, defects, wrong items, missing contents, or a material description mismatch.
Approval and mail return
Obtain approval and the exact return address before mailing. A correspondence address is not automatically the return warehouse. A free prepaid return label is included inside the package; if it is missing or lost, contact us before mailing. No restocking fee applies.
Refund timing
After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Non-excludable consumer rights remain protected.
